At Good Shepherd International School (GSIS), we believe education extends far beyond academics. Our commitment to shaping well-rounded individuals drives us to design programs that prepare students to thrive in an ever-changing world. Through carefully crafted initiatives—Thrive, Building Connections, and Path to Purpose—we guide students on journeys of personal growth, equipping them with the resilience, skills, and confidence they need to excel academically and in life. These programs form part of our broader vision to enhance the educational experience.
Why These Programs Matter
In today’s dynamic world, success demands more than academic knowledge. Emotional intelligence, collaboration, and a sense of purpose are critical for personal and professional growth. GSIS recognizes this need and has designed the following programs
Thrive: Laying the Foundation in Grades 7-9
The Thrive program nurtures curiosity, collaboration, and self-awareness among students in Grades 7, 8, and 9. Through engaging activities and real-world simulations, students develop problem-solving skills, adaptability, and emotional resilience—building a strong foundation for success in academics and life.
Building Connections: Strengthening Relationships in Grade 11
Building Connections focuses on teamwork, empathy, and leadership for Grade 11 students. Activities encourage reflection, collaboration, and the development of interpersonal skills. These experiences prepare students to lead with understanding and contribute positively to their communities.
Path to Purpose: Guiding Grade 12 Students Toward the Future
The Path to Purpose program helps Grade 12 students navigate their transition to higher education and beyond. By exploring their values, strengths, and aspirations, students gain the confidence to make informed decisions and embrace future opportunities.
An Integrated STEM Curriculum
Our Integrated STEM Curriculum for Grades 4-10 is designed to equip students with future-ready skills through hands-on learning and interdisciplinary approaches. The program is developed by over 30 expert faculty from the Science, Mathematics, and Computer Science departments.

Future Integration:
In its next phase, the curriculum will integrate STEM principles into every subject, fostering critical thinking and collaboration across disciplines.
