We are delighted to share that the SAIBSA Job-Alike Conclave 2025 was a resounding success!
Held over two enriching days, Good Shepherd International School had the privilege of hosting 336 delegates from 137 schools, representing 37 cities across India — along with international participants from Dhaka and South Korea. The conclave brought together IB educators, thought leaders, and professionals for two full days of dynamic exchange, deep learning, and vibrant collaboration.
Theme: "Future-Ready Classrooms: Cultivating Curiosity, Creativity, and Compassion"
Event Highlights:
- 70 interactive Job-Alike Sessions across PYP, MYP, and DP — fostering peer-to-peer sharing and classroom-ready takeaways
- Six powerful keynote addresses that inspired reflection, action, and innovation
- Hands-on breakout sessions designed to promote dialogue and practical insight
- Vibrant networking opportunities that helped educators connect across geographies and contexts
Our staff volunteers also played a key role in welcoming delegates and supporting event logistics — bringing warmth, hospitality, and professionalism to every moment.
The conclave truly celebrated the spirit of IB education, collaborative professional development, and leadership in learning.
