About the Conclave

SAIBSA @ GSIS 2026 is designed as a professional learning experience where educators come together to exchange ideas, explore emerging practices and strengthen the culture of collaboration within the IB community.

This year’s conclave will focus on how schools can integrate innovation, technology and artificial intelligence while remaining grounded in the enduring principles of IB pedagogy: inquiry, reflection, student agency, assessment, international-mindedness and human-centred learning.

Set within the residential campus of Good Shepherd International School, Ooty, the conclave offers both academic depth and warm hospitality — creating an environment where educators can learn, connect and grow together.
